The phone call
A musty smell when the system kicks in, one room that never cools, a dryer that needs two cycles — each of those points somewhere different. That first conversation is what decides whether the job is the ducts, the dryer line, or both, and whether somebody needs to get into the attic before anything is quoted.

Opening the system
Every supply register and return grille is unscrewed and set aside, and the air handler cabinet is opened. Until that is done, nobody — us included — knows what is in there. It is also where a problem that is not dirt shows itself: a crack in an attic run, a joint come loose behind a wall, a rusty seam on the intake box. Customers on our profile name all three.

Photographs before we touch it
The insides get photographed before the brush goes in, because a photograph taken afterwards proves nothing. Customers tell us this is the part they remember. One review says the before-and-after dust difference was like night and day; another describes being shown the dirty filters at the end of the visit.

Vacuum on the line, brush through the run
The vacuum goes on the trunk first, so the system is under suction for the whole job and what we loosen travels into the equipment rather than onto your furniture. Then the brush works each run from the boot back to the plenum. A dryer-vent review puts it plainly: the crew treats the house with care and uses clean equipment.

The pile, the photographs, a swept floor
At the end you see the debris that came out, next to the photographs from before we started, and the photographs are yours. Then the floor gets swept — one review says everything was clean afterward, which is the part of the job nobody advertises and everybody notices.

The common one. Registers off, vacuum on the trunk, brush through every run. Reviewers keep describing the same thing: the amount of dust that came out surprised them.
Dryer vent cleaning
Usually a roof cap or an outside flapper packed with lint. One review says clothes now dry in half the time; another, that the dryer is running great with no more damp towels.
Duct repair
An open crack in attic ducting fixed, a disconnected joint behind a finished wall reconnected, a rusty seam on the intake box welded in sheet metal. Customers on our profile name all three by hand.
Duct installation
New ductwork sized for the house. This is the work the air-conditioning contractor licence above exists for, which is why we can put a licence number beside it.
Chimney cleaning
Soot and buildup cleared so a fireplace vents safely. Worth saying plainly: no Aventura review mentions a chimney, so ask us about it on the phone.
