What this page covers
This page sets out the terms for using this website and for the requests you send through it. The site is run by Express Air Duct Cleaning Aventura, a service-area business with no premises to visit: the crew comes to your home. You can reach us by phone at (561) 956-1733 or through the booking form on the contact page.
Sending the form
The form is open online 24/7, but sending it is a request, not a confirmed visit. Someone reads it and calls you back to confirm and to set a time within our office hours. A request sent while we are closed waits until we open.
How a visit is priced
No page on this site takes a payment or gives a price for your home. The cost depends on the size of the home, how many air handlers it has and what is inside them, so the crew prices the work at your place with the system open. Nothing begins until you have heard the figure and agreed to it. The savings estimator on our home page is a rough illustration, not a promise: real savings depend on your equipment, insulation and habits.
Photos with a request
Adding photos of the vents or the dryer line to the form is optional. They help us bring the right tools to the visit.
Your details
What reaches us when you call or send the form, what we use it for and how to have it deleted are explained in our Privacy Policy.
If something is unclear
Call (561) 956-1733 and you will speak to the same crew that does the work. The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last changed.
SMS program terms
- Program: Express Air Duct Cleaning Aventura text messages. When you check the SMS consent box on a form on this website and submit the form, you agree to receive automated text messages from Express Air Duct Cleaning Aventura about my quote request and appointment reminders at the phone number you provided.
- If you also check the separate, optional marketing box, you agree to receive cleaning reminders and occasional offers. You can agree to one without the other.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to the messages we send you and to the messages you send us.
- To cancel, reply STOP to any message. We will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that you will not receive more text messages from us unless you opt in again.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to opt in.
