When will somebody actually answer the phone?
Sunday to Thursday from 7 AM to 8 PM, and Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM. Saturday we are closed, so a Saturday call or form sits until Sunday morning. Those are the hours published on our Google profile, and we would rather name that gap than have you waiting by the phone through it.
Do you have an office or a shop I can come to?
No, and that is deliberate. This is a service-area business: the crew drives to the house, and our Google profile publishes no street address for exactly that reason. If you have seen an address for us in a third-party directory, it is not a counter you can walk into — call the number instead and we will come to you.
What does a visit cost?
It depends on the size of the home, how many air handlers it has and what is inside the ducts, so we price it on site with the system open rather than guessing down the phone. Nothing starts until you have heard the number. One of our reviews sets the test we want to keep passing: the price was exactly what was quoted, and there were no hidden fees.
How long will you be in the house?
Reviews on our profile describe visits of about one to two hours — one says the tech cleaned out the ducts in about an hour, another that the tech spent almost two hours. A dryer-vent clean on its own is the shorter job. We can give you a closer figure on the phone once you have told us how many vents and how many air handlers the house has.
Do I need to be there while you work?
Someone over 18 should be in the house: to let the crew in, and to walk the result with the technician at the end. That last part matters more than it sounds. The pile of debris that came out of your system is the whole point of the visit, and it is easier to show you than to describe.

Ask.
